Thanatos Weapon Reform
Thanatos Weapon Reform upgrades eligible Thanos weapons into their AD versions. Gather materials in Ghost Palace, exchange ores for upgrade stones, then visit the Thanatos Reform NPC in Prontera.
The equipment names below follow the server item database, which uses both "Thanos" and "Thanatos".

Choose between lower material costs and a smaller refine penalty.

Reform changes the weapon into its AD version and consumes the required materials. The refine penalty applies to the selected weapon. Stone exchange fees are separate from the reform materials.

How to Reform
- Obtain one of the eligible weapons below and refine it to +9 or higher.
- Collect Gray Shards and Weapon Enhancement Ores in Ghost Palace.
- Visit Thanatos Reform at Prontera (165, 188).
- Choose Upgrade stone exchanges, then Refine ore into stones to obtain the required stones.
- Speak to the NPC again and choose Lower reform or Intermediate reform.
- Review the materials and refine loss, then choose Continue.
- Select the eligible weapon in the reform window and complete the reform.
Use Eligible weapons in the NPC menu to inspect clickable links for each base weapon and its AD result.

No. Its exchanges are accessible directly from the Thanatos Reform NPC in Prontera.
Where should I farm the new ores?
Farm Ghost Palace, the instance that drops Gray Shards. These ore additions are for Ghost Palace, not Thanatos Tower.
Are ores and stones the same item?
No. Exchange ores for stones first. Reform consumes upgrade stones and Gray Shards.
Can I reform a weapon below +9?
No. Both routes require at least +9.
Which route keeps more refine levels?
Intermediate reform removes only one refine level. Lower reform removes five.
