Costume Recolors lets you exchange a supported costume for another color of the same costume. Pick your favorite shade or let the Costume Color Master surprise you!

How to Recolor
- Bring a supported costume and at least 1 Mysterious Dyestuff in your inventory.
- Visit the Costume Color Master at Prontera (164, 161).
- If you carry more than one supported costume, select the one you want to recolor.
- Choose Random color or Choose a color. For a chosen color, select the desired shade and bring an additional 10,000,000 Zeny.
- Review the costume and cost, then select Recolor to confirm. You may cancel before confirming.
- The NPC takes one selected costume and the required payment, then gives you one costume in the new color.
Color Options
Most supported families offer Regular, Black, Blue, Green, Purple, Red, White and Yellow. The Runaway Accelerator family currently offers Regular, Black, Red, Blue, Purple, White and Yellow; Green is not available for that family.
- Regular means the original costume appearance.
- Both recoloring modes exclude the exact variant you are currently exchanging.
- Random mode can return the Regular appearance when you start with a colored variant.
- You can recolor a costume again, including changing back to Regular. Each exchange requires a new payment.
- You cannot exchange one costume family for a different family.
Before you confirm: Recoloring exchanges your item for a fresh copy of the selected variant. Existing cards, enchants, refine levels and other item-specific modifications are not transferred. Use an unmodified costume if you want to keep those properties on an existing item.
Getting a Regular Costume
The regular versions of all currently supported families are listed in the New tab of the Cash Shop. Check the shop's displayed price before purchasing; costume prices vary. Recoloring materials and the chosen-color Zeny fee are paid separately to the NPC.

The sheets include wearable sprite examples and inventory/collection artwork. Human and Doram rows are included where supplied. Colors may look slightly different against different backgrounds.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I choose my current color?
- No. The current variant is excluded so each completed exchange gives you a different variant.
- Can I return to the original appearance?
- Yes. Select Regular when exchanging a colored variant. The usual recoloring costs apply.
- Does random recoloring always give a non-original color?
- No. It chooses from the other variants in that family, including Regular when eligible.
- Why does my costume not appear in the selection?
- Keep it in your inventory and check that it belongs to a supported family. Similar-looking non-costume equipment and other item versions are not automatically eligible. Wildcat Knit is currently shown for preview only.
- Can I recolor Flash of Lightning or Mech Feather Hairband equipment with stats?
- Use the costume version of the item. The regular equipment versions are not part of these recoloring families.
